What is it?
It's a brand new, beautiful facility at the Okefenokee designed for family reunions, company meetings and picnics, holiday parties, rehearsal dinners and weddings, birthday surprises and so much more!

How many can the building accommodate?
Tables and chairs are provided that can seat up to 220 comfortably for a meal in a climate controlled atmosphere.

What types of facilities are there?
There is a fully equipped kitchen:  stove, 2 refrigerators, 2 sets of sinks, and microwave.  Also, there is an outdoor cook shelter for grilling.  An ice machine is made available as well.

How much does it cost?
We require a $50.00 security deposit.  The security deposit reserves the day and is refundable as long as the building is left clean and in order.  The rental for the building is $195.00 Mon. - Thurs. and $225.00 Fri., Sat., and Sun.  Reservations can be made 12 months in advance starting on the first day of each month.  In other words, if you want make a reservation for March 24, 2006, you'll be able to reserve the day starting March 1, 2005.

Can the Okefenokee cater my function?
YES!  Three Pigs BBQ is our food service provider.  They have a menu for every occasioin.  Enjoy some great food with first class service!

What makes the Annex so special?
What an enchanted wildnerness!!  We have no parking fee and guests will enjoy a discounted rate to tour the park.  We offer other services as well: set-up, decorations, PA system and easel, keyboard, clean up etc.
